Authentic Mexican family restaurant. This restaurant is located in Old Town Fort Collins and just off the Windsor exit.  It is known for it’s family atmosphere. The beautiful contemporary interior has an open casual feel and is accented with bright cheery colors and festive Mexican decor throughout.

To celebrate the colors and flavors of Mexico, Pueblo Viejo offers a full service bar with 12 choices of margaritas for you to decide from. Upon being seated you will begin with a bottomless complimentary basket of warm tortilla chips and a spicy, but very flavorful homemade salsa.

The menu is extensive and every dish is prepared with classic Mexican ingredients. There are many signature items that shouldn’t be missed. Try one of our big burritos smothered in a delicious red chili sauce or choose from soft or crispy chili rellennos.
