Welcome to our “improved” Dining & Desserts website

I am so excited to introduce new features to this site and to communicate with you!

I am sure you are all food lovers (like me) looking for a complete dining guide to explore all the food options in our Northern Colorado region. Well, look no further, you have found the best resource!

I can’t even remember when I started loving food so much, maybe it was from my mother, who is an incredible artist and baker or from my father, who prepared unique ethnic foods and flavors from around the world. He would always have a story to tell my sisters and I about the food he was preparing. He would explain the food region, the cultivation of ingredients, and preparation involved. There was always a story…maybe this is how my interest in food-storytelling started? Whatever the reason, I feel fortunate to have been able to grow up being exposed to such a wide variety of food – and Northern Colorado brings it home, offering an expanding food scene for all appetites.

When I am not home cooking or entertaining guests, I am out enjoying the local restaurant vibe with a glass of pinot or a brew. Restaurants with a patio is another favorite of mine and I never forget a good margarita. We are extremely lucky to have such a diverse selection of food choices here, not to mention, the amazing breweries, wineries and distilleries we must enjoy!
